Keeping herself in tip-top shape, Ashley Tisdale was spotted out at the gym in West Hollywood on Friday (March 19).

The “High School Musical” cutie looked darling in a “I Like Boys” tank top with black workout pants as she strolled past paparazzi following her fitness session.

As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Tisdale recently signed on to star in a new show called “Hellcats,” directed by CW star Tom Welling.

Not straying too far from her roots, Tizzie will be playing the captain of a college competitive cheerleading squad.

Stepping out to take care of the day’s errands, Jessica Alba was spotted keeping busy in Los Angeles, California on Friday (March 19).

Joined by her precious daughter Honor Marie, the “Sin City” sweetie headed off to the local Trader Joe’s to load up on all of the household needs.

On the career front, Miss Alba has recently completed work on three upcoming movies including “An Invisible Sign of My Own”.

Due out later this year, the Marilyn Argrelo directed film’s synopsis via IMDB reads: “Mona Gray is a 20-year-ancient loner who, as a child, turned to math for salvation after her father became ill. As an adult, Mona now teaches the subject and must help her students through their own crises.”

Tending to her all-vital motherly duties, Jennifer Garner was spotted making a schoolhouse run in Santa Monica, California on Friday (March 19).

Looking to be in quite the cheerful mood, the former “Alias” actress toted daughter Violet Affleck to her daily lessons-with her small angel looking to be recovering from a boo-boo as she sported a small band aid on her knee.

In related news, it sounds as if Miss Garner is getting some top name co-stars for her upcoming project “Butter”- as reports tell both Jim Carrey and Kate Hudson have signed on to star in the Jim Field Smith directed comedy.

Set in the Midwest U.S., the movie tells the tale of “an adopted girl who discovers her talent for butter carving and finds herself pitted against an ambitious local woman in their town’s annual contest.”

The deaths of Michael Jackson, Brittany Murphy and Corey Haim raised questions regarding prescription drugs, and have sparked an investigation, sources report.

The California State Attorney General’s Office is investigating a number of doctors who prescribed meds for the aforementioned stars, all of whom died recently.

Several dozen doctors are being investigated for allegedly prescribing medication without medical justification. The A.G. is also looking at their various aliases.

Sources say between 25-30 doctors are being “actively investigated.” As we know, Dr. Conrad Murray already faces a manslaughter charge in the Jackson case.

He may not be the last. Two doctors who prescribed drugs to Anna Nicole Smith also face charges in connection with the former Playboy model’s 2007 death.

The deaths of these stars beg many questions about the ethics of prescribing certain drugs, and have now prompted a California Attorney General’s office investigation.

Continuing this disturbing trend, Haim’s death earlier this month has already been linked to a massive drug ring, with a criminal investigation sure to follow.

Rob Fusari, a songwriter, music producer and ex-boyfriend of Lady Gaga,  is suing the singer for $30.5 million, claiming she owes him that much in royalties.

He filed his lawsuit in a Manhattan court on Wednesday.

In court papers, Fusari describes how he took notice of the quirky singer and “saw a star” when she first sang in his New Jersey studio back in March 2006.

Fusari says that over the course of several months, he worked with her daily and “radically reshaped her approach,” co-writing some songs on her album.

“Paparazzi” and “Gorgeous Dirty Rich” are among those songs he claims he worked on, and, he says even suggested she adapt the stage name Lady Gaga.

Can Rob Fusari claim credit for those panties too?

The pop star herself claimed in a 2009 interview that she came up with the Lady Gaga persona about “five years ago, but Gaga’s always been who I am.”

The collaborators became romantic around May 2006 and made a joint business venture to promote her, in which Fusari would get 20 percent of profits.

He says he scored her a record deal with Universal Music Group’s Interscope Records, and as a result, The Fame has sold over three million records to date.

He did not claim credit for planting the hermaphrodite rumors.

Although Fusari has a producing credit on the Grammy-winning album, he says he’s owned 20 percent of song royalties and 15 from merchandising revenue.

“All business is personal,” the filing by the producer reads, noting that his business relationship with Gaga deteriorated after their personal one fell apart.
