Stepping out of her chauffeured vehicle, Paris Hilton was spotted arriving at Trousdale in West Hollywood, CA on Tuesday night (April 27)

Dressed in a leopard-print dress – which looked more like lingerie-the hotel heiress looked to be in excellent spirits as she made her way inside the trendy nightclub.

Earlier in the day, Ms Hilton paid a visit to the Kate Somerville Salon for a bit of pampering.

Just before she headed off for a meeting to finalize details for her next clothing line, Paris tweeted, “Just had the best facial at my favorite spa Kate Somerville ”
