Ringing in the New Year together, Nick Lachey and girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo were co-hosts of the NIVEA Kiss Platform party in New York City on December 31st.

The “This I Swear” singer and his “Right Beauty” gal were kicking off the NIVEA XOXO Kissing Chain which is a campaign in order to raise money for the Huge Brothers Huge Sisters charity.
