HMG – While the case itself remains wholly unproven the rumors surrounding Pittsburgh Steelers star player, Ben Roethlisberger and his alleged victim continue to mount. Mostly because those close to the case seem to be leaking details.

The newest reports claim that Ben’s bodyguards apparently blocked the door to a nightclub bathroom in which the 28-year ancient Quarterback is alleged to have been getting friendly with the 20-year ancient college student who is now his accuser.

A fellow guest at the club says Ben was “not nice.” She claims he bought a round of shots for some girls and said, ‘All you bitches, take my shots.” Clearly rather fond of herself she then tells the Huff Post Ben also hit on her, but she didn’t approve of the way he was acting so she left.

And another witness reports that Ben looked “as surprised as anyone” when Georgia police arrived at the Milledgeville bar later that night.

But the 6ft 5 inch Ohioan has been down this road before – he was accused of a rape in Nevada last year and has already admitted to police that he had sexual contact with the accuser in this case. Police have requested a DNA sample and Ben is reportedly in the process of getting that done.  According to Carl Prine of the Tribune-Review, attorney Ed Garland has agreed to arrange for Roethlisberger to meet with police and to provide the DNA sample.

He’s also hired a private detective to research his accuser’s still unproven claims and likely prepare to place her background on trial.

But even though the case is groundbreaking new there’s already a snag – The officer in charge posed for pictures with Ben during his inquiries. This won’t hurt Ben much, but it will prolong the investigation as that guy must now be replaced.

With greedy gossips and star-struck detectives this could drag on for months. If they ever do any actual police work we’ll bring you the facts…

Remember Omer Bhatti? Michael Jackson’s former protege and alleged secret son, is treating Blanket, the late pop icon’s youngest son, as if he were his own.

Bhatti has been living with the Jackson family and telling poor small Blanket, along with his siblings Prince and Paris, that he’s their father, according to reports.

The 25-year-ancient Norwegian rapper, who is rumored to be Michael’s son, first showed up on the Jackson scene in 1996. There’s no doubt he and MJ were close.

But you have to admit, it’s pretty weird that Omer Bhatti tells Jackson’s children, “Call me Michael” introduces himself as Michael and is changing his name.

“Omar has even told the children he’s changed his name from Omar Jamal Bhatti to Omar Michael Bhatti,” a source close to the dysfunctional family reveals.

At various times Bhatti has told Blanket, Paris and Prince that he is their father, that their father sent him to take care of him and that he is “a real Jackson.”

The chaotic environment of the L.A. compound where MJ’s children live with their grandma, Katherine Jackson, and others has been in the news a lot lately.

California’s Department of Children and Family Services visited several times recently and has an open investigation into a stun gun incident involving Blanket.

As for Bhatti, he’s lived there for some time: “He has infiltrated the Jackson family in a way that many find to be disturbing and detrimental to the children.”

He dresses identical to Michael, who seemed to revel in the confusion and controversy Omer generated. Michael even told some people that Omar was his son.

Joe Jackson says he is as well. Still, detractors say that since Michael died, Bhatti has latched on to the family and is manipulating Michael’s kids constantly.

“Prince has been particularly vulnerable to Omar and his claims,” the family source said. “He’s starting to believe Omar’s claims that Michael is his father.”

Long lost like child? Or random dude exploiting Michael’s traumatized children? Either way, he’s living off the Jacksons’ money! Sweet deal!

She’s always been a fashion icon, and they’ve always pushed the boundaries, and now Madonna and Dolce & Gabbana are officially collaborating on new sunglasses designs.

The Material Girl inked a deal with the Italian designers to team up for six new pairs of eyewear with the logo MDG.Stefano Gabbana told WWD, “We’re so excited. This further strengthens our relationship with Madonna, and it was a very constructive experience for us. Madonna is very exacting and a professional who seeks perfection in everything she does, and this was no exception.”

Domenico Dolce added that he and his partner always knew Madge had a hankering for design. “So we thought, ‘Why not do something together and unite two very strong and high-profile names?’”

Though he had high hopes of a World Cup appearance, David Beckham will not be playing any more soccer this season.

The hunky Brit sustained a major injury while playing for AC Milan against Chievo yesterday, collapsing to the pitch in the game’s final minutes.Becks’ coach told press, “Beckham’s injury makes us feel terrible. He understood immediately that he had torn his left Achilles tendon.”

David will see a specialist in Finland today (March 15) to assess the hurt and approximate recovery time. His rep clarified, “He is understandably upset but wants to thank everyone who has sent messages of support. He hopes to make a swift recovery.”
