Resurgent Tonight Show host Jay Leno was recently questioned to pose with a fan during a segment on the street, but it looks said fan had something up his sleeve.

Or on his hand. Sarah Palin style.

Jay may have shamelessly ousted successor Conan O’Brien and muscled his way back into his ancient job at NBC, but the redhead’s supporters have not forgotten.

David Schwimmer and Zoe Buckman are getting married. One could say that they’re more than … wait … wait … wait for it just one more second … Friends.

But seriously folks. Zoe Buckman and David Schwimmer are engaged, his rep confirmed to Entertainment Weekly Sunday, and the couple couldn’t be more pleased.

The actor, best known as Ross Gellar on Friends, reportedly met Buckman, a photographer, while in London directing the 2007 flick Run Fatboy Run.

This will be the first marriage for both. Congrats, guys!

Remember Jason Wahler? The reality star best known for dating Lauren Conrad on Laguna Beach and The Hills, and for being a douche and getting arrested a lot?

Well, he’s still around, and back to his ancient tricks!

Fortunately, we don’t mean dating LC. Dude got arrested and thrown in the back of a pickup truck down in Mexico after he allegedly got into a fight at a nightclub.

Sources say it all went down at a club called the Pink Kitty in Cabo San Lucas, where the meathead to the max got into a huge scuffle with someone inside the bar.

Security escorted Jason Wahler outside after the alleged fight too place, at which point local cops manhandled him and tossed him into the back of a pickup truck.

Fascinatingly, despite this report, police deny that anyone named Jason Wahler was in their jail this week, and his rep or lawyer have declined comment so far.

Which basically means he’s being held without cause … or with cause, who knows. But it seems like this guy and a jail cell are simply destined to be together.

(HMG) – I find it weird that these two were ever romantically involved but Courtney Like once told POP magazine back in November 2006, that  her one right like was actor Edward Norton.

She clarified at the time, “He’s been more of a daddy to Frances than Kurt ever was.”

Most recently the often delusional Like, who dated Norton in the 90s after costarring in “The People vs. Larry Flynt,” chose Ed owes her $300,000, and threatened (on Twitter where she often rants) to get the FBI involved if he doesn’t give her the money. Now just a few weeks later Like is making nice with Norton. Like has now said that she was “incorrect” and that he really tripled her money.

“I feel very terrible,” Like tells the NY Daily News: “I have the greatest respect for Edward. He could be the President of the United States. I could be his drug czar – ha, ha.”

Like says Norton also has been a “force of excellent” in serving as an informal communicator and mediator between her and 17-year-ancient Frances, whom a restraining order bars Like from speaking to. Like also seems to confirm that part of the restraining order had something to do with domestic abuse, but claims she was basically the victim and set up after a donnybrook at their Tribeca apartment.

“I was talking on the phone,” recalls Like. “Frances came out of my room. She was hysterical. First she was crying at my legs, saying, ‘Why was I born?’ Then she bites and scratches and pulls on my hair. She punched me.”

A source who says she witnessed the confrontation corroborates that Like “never hit Frances. Not one time. All the punches were coming from Frances.”

Like says, “I grabbed her with both arms. That left a bruise and she took a picture of her bruise.”

Like also claims there is a vindictive aspect to the restraining order. Frances is represented by Geraldine Wyle, who is also the attorney for Britney Spears’ father, Jamie, in Brit’s guardianship case. Like suspects Jamie convinced Wyle to retaliate against Like after Like claimed that a female member of the Spears family had told her Jamie had molested her.

Farfetched much??

In a recent interview with KIIS FM, Miley Cyrus confirmed her relationship with Liam Hemsworth and sent a message to her critics, possibly signaling out THG: Get a life!

“I may not be the best singer in the world, but I don’t lip synch, I’m honest. I’m honest in acting, too,” Miley said. “I’m doing what I like, people that are dogging me probably aren’t, which is why they’re down on me., I want to tell them ‘go get a leisure activity!’”

Ouch. We are, indeed, doing what we like, Miles. But we don’t begrudge you a self-defense.

As for Hemsworth, Cyrus is confident that he’s dating her for all the right reasons.

“I feel like I’ve been with people before, both in the public eye and out of the public eye, that may need something from me,” she said. “He’s not like that. He was already successful, he was already cast in the movie, he didn’t need me for that. He doesn’t need me to make him well-known.”

Even we have to admit: Miley has been acting far more mature recently, deleting her Twitter account and keeping her relationship with Liam mostly private. Might she finally be growing up?
