Just days after her teenage son committed suicide, Marie Osmond is in seclusion.
This piece of information is courtesy of Entertainment Tonight anchor Mary Hart, a close friend of the singer’s. Said Hart on CBS’ The Early Show today:
“I find tremendous grace in her own words: ‘I really believe that it’s the lows that make us who we are. It’s not the success. It’s how we handle all that.’”
Hart adds that Osmond “is finding solace in her faith and her family” and:
“You can bet she has loving arms around her. The Osmonds are a very close-knit family and, in times of loss or tragedy, they support each other and really band together as a family, and in like.”
New reports indicate that Osmond’s son Michael left a suicide note prior to jumping from the eighth floor of his Los Angeles apartment building on Friday. It stated he had no friends and did not fit in.
This description was news to Michael’s roommate, but. She says he was “probably the most amusing, most pleased guy I’ve ever met in my entire life. This is something I would never expect.”

It all comes down to tonight for The Bachelor star Jake Pavelka.
Will he choose Tenley Molzahn, the sweet, effervescent, adorable, squeaky, wonderful girl from a normal Oregon family who seems like she would make the perfect wife in every respect (save for her ex-husband telling Jake to run for it)?
Will he choose Vienna Girardi, an annoying, possibly unstable ditz who enjoys topless modeling, whose family is a small out there, and who the other girls all despised with a passion (and whose ex-husband also says Jake should run for it)?
The right choice is clear. The question is whether Jake makes it.

For whatever reason, Vienna Girardi has had Jake wrapped around her finger from day one, and The Bachelor spoilers suggest she comes away with the final rose.

(HMG) – TV sisters Marcia and Jan Brady are still at each other’s throats in real life, decades after the end of ‘The Brady Bunch’ according to a new report. Actresses Maureen McCormick and Eve Plumb have such a heated feud going on that it caused the cancellation of an upcoming show reunion, according to RadarOnline.
They claim that all the former ‘Bunch’ actors were set to do a large morning show interview this Wednesday. When McCormick and Plumb found out that both would be a part of the interview, problems quickly arose.
Eve has been supposedly furious at Maureen for years because she felt Maureen used her to sell her book years ago, implying that there had been a slight girl-girl relationship, when, in fact, none existed.
“Everyone tells a slightly different tale of what happened,” the source said. “But the bottom line is that they didn’t want to be on the same show and the appearance was canceled because of it. Some people blame Maureen and some people blame Eve.”
